Training
How to deal with sexual assault and the abuse as an organisation, to open up meaningful conversations and create change
Half day package (up to 20 delegates, in person or virtual)

During either half a day or full day Laura will facilitate conversations and offer practical, easy-to-implement tools around:
- How to talk about difficult topics, such as sexual assault and abuse, in a way that safeguards your staff and your organisation
- The impact that sexual assault and abuse can have on your workplace (including staff wellbeing, productivity, culture and delivery)
- How to take care of yourselves and your teams, and create a culture that encourages open conversations and a healthier approach
- What to do if a member of your team discloses an assault, either in or out of the workplace
Consulting
We offer bespoke consulting packages to support organisations incorporate lived experience and sexual violence into their services and offers, and meaningful embody EDI good practice. We have a range of in-house experts, including a network of diverse Lived Experience colleagues that can be drawn on for expertise and comment as part of your bespoke package.
We have proven experience of delivering a range of outputs, ranging from large national campaigns, customer-facing product development, service improvements, commissioning and procurement, and in-house policy review and training. We have advised on marketing, PR, operational delivery and product development, with clients such as the BBC, the NHS, Sunderland University and Freuds.

One-off/Ad hoc Services
This includes documentation reviews, policy reviews, procurements, proof-reading of documentation/messaging. Laura is also available for bespoke speaking commitments, podcasts, guest blogs, and more specific tailored training sessions.
