In 2015 I was raped. But that's just the beginning of the story. Since then, I've gone on to create a life I adore, building a business doing what I love and helping other women to do the same. I've spread my message of positivity and hope to over 30 million people worldwide, helping people to own their power, tell their story their way, and build a life they love.

Through Sparkle, I share my insights and experience, offer new ways to work with me and get involved, and most crucially, show you that there is a life after trauma. I am passionate about helping people to reach their full potential, own their power, and define their future their way.
